Did a site visit to a couple of projects near Nayandahalli on Mysore Road last week. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, man. Prices there feel... high. For a 2BHK, they're quoting almost ₹90L, which feels stretched given the current infrastructure. Honestly, not sure if this corridor has much more appreciation left in it by 2026. What do you guys think? Are we due for a correction there, or will the Peripheral Ring Road push it further? Also, for max appreciation in the next 2 years, should I be looking at Sarjapur Road or Yelahanka instead? Prestige and Brigade have projects everywhere, but where's the real growth going to be?
