Nayandahalli resale market is a nightmare

Nayandahalli – selling my 2BHK here is tougher than I thought. Brokers lowballing, buyers expect crazy discounts. Is the resale market this slow everywhere in Bangalore, even for good builders like Brigade?

Yaar, I can totally relate! I'm also looking to sell my 1BHK in Adigara Kallahalli and it's a similar story. Brokers just want to close the deal quickly for peanuts. I thought being a good location would help, but it feels like the market is just dead for resales right now. Is it really this bad for everyone or just us first-time sellers?
