Fed up of renting now, finally decided to take the plunge. NBCC Dream Valley Highlife dekh raha hoon, but confused about its actual carpet area. Brochure mein numbers alag hain, site visit pe laga kuch chhota hai... Iska layout efficiency kaisa hai? Aur daily life ke liye, nearby schools aur markets ka access kitna easy hai? ₹90L+ mein, I need to know if it's genuinely livable ya bas good on paper. Koi rehta hai wahan ya kisi ne visit kiya hai?

My kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and eyeing NBCC Dream Valley Highlife. It's upcoming, but I'm worried about maintenance costs and actual amenity quality post-possession. Builders promise a lot, so how do you check if the promised amenities like the gym will actually be well-maintained? Also, how's the proximity to good hospitals? Hope someone has insights.
