NBR Soul Of The Seasons Phase 1 ka ₹1.5 Cr toh bahut zyada lag raha hai for an upcoming project. Humko 3BHK chahiye kids ke liye, par is budget mein toh aur options dekhne padenge. Kya inke layouts efficient hote hain ya sirf carpet area kam dikhate hain?

Totally agree with you! Carpet area ka chakkar sabse bada scam hai. They show super built-up, actual flat toh chota hi nikalta hai. NBR ke baare mein
