NCR Auriel Towne Villa owners, share your reality?

Greater Noida's property scene has me properly confused. Renting se toh pak chuka hoon, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge, looking at NCR Auriel Towne Villa. Price point ₹1.36 Cr seems okay for a villa, but I'm worried about the actual daily living experience. Paper pe toh sab accha lagta hai, but is it genuinely good for family life? Kids ke schools, hospitals, markets kitne paas hain? And most importantly, society ka vibe kaisa hai? Is it a friendly community ya isolated feel aata hai? Anyone living there, please share your honest experience. EMI vs rent math toh kar liya hai, but living quality ka kya?
