ND Around The Mangoes: What's the real investor outlook?

Anyone actually tracking ND Around The Mangoes for investment? I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. The price range is pretty high, ₹4.16 Cr–₹6.90 Cr, so I'm wondering about the actual capital appreciation. Has it moved much since launch? What's the real rental yield like for similar properties there? I'm doing the EMI vs rent math, but need real numbers. Also, ND's delivery track record, are they usually on time? Don't want to get stuck with delays. Is this project truly worth that kind of money for long-term wealth creation, or am I missing something?
