Nearly bought at Vatika The Seven Lamps, now I'm having second thoughts

Since January, we've been hunting for a 3BHK in Gurgaon for the kids. My wife's really worried about school admissions. We almost finalized Vatika The Seven Lamps, but heard about huge possession delays. How long did yours get pushed back? And did the builder even bother communicating properly during that time? Honestly not sure if we should reconsider for the kids' sake.
