Negotiation in Yelahanka? Forget about it, especially with big names like HP Constructions. They quote a 'final' price and then hit you with so many hidden charges near possession that your 'negotiation' feels like a joke. My friend bought in Akshayanagar last year, thought he got a good deal, but ended up paying almost 10% more due to PLC, club house fees, maintenance deposits, and what not. Is it even worth trying these days?
