My wife and I are looking for a 3BHK on Golf Course Extension Road for the kids' school admission, maybe an Anant Raj Group project. We've talked to a few sales reps directly, and the prices they quote feel non-negotiable. Then a broker came in with a 'special' offer that was actually lower. Is this normal here? Yeh sab broker ka drama hota hai. Builder se direct hi best deal milti hai, bass thoda push karna padta hai. Broker apna commission nikalega hi, ultimately woh price aapki जेब से ही जाएगा.
Bhai, exactly same problem! Brokers ke paas hamesha 'special deal' hoti hai. Confusing AF.
