Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Noida Extension, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa near Sector 150. Builders like Home Option Propbuild Pvt. Ltd. are quoting prices around ₹1.2 Cr for a 3BHK. My main confusion is about negotiation – kitna discount expect kar sakte hain? And all-in cost ka breakdown kya hota hai? Matlab, base price ke upar stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors sab milake kitna extra lagta hai? Is the price jump worth it?
