Kya Greater Noida mein builders ke saath negotiation sach mein possible hai? I'm looking at a 2BHK in Sector 108, maybe from One Leaf Group. Broker bol raha hai ki zyada discount nahi milega, but I'm an investor, trying to get the best deal. My budget is around ₹80L for a 2BHK. Kitna realistically expect kar sakte hain price mein reduction? Also, secondary market mein kya negotiation scope better hota hai compared to new projects? I'm worried about hidden charges jo possession ke time pe nikalti hain. Koi experience share kar sakta hai ki kya kya extra pay karna pada tha, like PLC ya maintenance advance? Should I push for a spot discount or focus on payment plan flexibility? What do you guys think?
