Loha Mandi — been researching this area for a while for a 2BHK. My budget is around ₹65L-₹70L. Builders like Pushpanjali Developer have some options. But honestly, negotiation ka scene kya hai Ghaziabad mein? Builders bolte hain fixed price, but I'm sure there's some room. Kitna realistically kam karwa sakte hain? Also, all-in cost mein kya-kya hidden hota hai? Stamp duty, registration ke alawa, possession ke time aur kitne charges lagte hain? Not sure I'm seeing the full picture.
