Did a site visit to a Sahara project near Golf Course Ext. Road yesterday. Builder is quoting a flat 2.5 Cr for a 3BHK. I know builders play games, but for end-users, kitna real negotiation possible hai? Any spot discount tricks work for you guys in Gurgaon?

RERA status looks okay, but completion date keeps shifting. That's what makes me nervous. Is there a way to verify their actual construction progress?
