Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on figuring out the true cost. I'm eyeing a 2BHK in Sector 88, maybe Perfect Property. Builders quote one price, but then stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking... it adds up. My parents warn about hidden charges appearing at possession. Is that common in Noida? What extra costs should I watch for? Also, how much can you actually negotiate? I see 2BHKs around ₹85L. Can you genuinely knock off 5-10%, or is it just a few lakhs? Any negotiation hacks or hidden cost stories would be super helpful.
