Negotiation is a myth for Hyderabad flats

Negotiating a better price is mostly a myth in Hyderabad, change my mind. I'm looking at Salarpuria Sattva projects in Kukatpally. Sales folks always say 'fixed price'. Is there any real room to negotiate, especially for a first-time buyer? Or am I just wasting my time trying? What's everyone's experience here?
