Possession was last month, and honestly, these hidden charges are a nightmare. Builder (Diplomats Group in Sector 93) quoted one price, but final bill mein they added so much PLC and maintenance advance. Felt like a total bait and switch. Did anyone else face this? Matlab, Gurugram mein kitna negotiate kar sakte hain from the listed price? Log bolte hain 5-10% possible hai, but I barely got 2%. Is it just me, ya sabka yahi haal hai?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Diplomats Group toh notorious hai hidden charges ke liye. Even I was looking at a project near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) and the sales guy was so pushy. They show you one price on paper, but then suddenly PLC, EDC/IDC, club membership, maintenance advance for 2 years... list never ends. My friend booked with them in Sector 93 too, same story. Negotiation? Forget 5-10%, 2% is a luxury these days. It's just a tactic to lure first-time buyers like us.
