Visited Prestige project in Bommanahalli last weekend, looking for a 3BHK near kids' school. Honestly, their 'pre-launch offers' didn't impress me much. Everyone glorifies early bird deals, but no one talks about how little room there is for actual negotiation later. Builder bolte hain 'fixed price' hai, like it's non-negotiable. Is it just me, or do these big builders like Prestige barely budge on price once it's open market in Bengaluru? Mujhe lagta hai pre-launch pricing is mostly a marketing gimmick, not a real discount. Did anyone actually manage a significant spot discount after launch, ya sab fixed hai? Change my mind.
