₹1.8 Cr for our old 3BHK felt good, but we almost left a lot on the table. We're selling our big house and looking for a smaller 2BHK in Sector 49 or Mohali since the kids moved out. What I learned is to never accept the first offer, especially if it's from an investor. Always push for a site visit even if they initially refuse. Also, having all your OC and PLC docs ready makes a huge difference. Don't let agents rush you. Has anyone else found specific tricks that worked for them when selling here?
