Nelamangala: PRR & Metro expansion, investment worth it?
My lease ends in 3 months and honestly, I'm fed up of renting now. Landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. Done with EMI vs rent math, want to build equity. I'm looking at Nelamangala side, a 2BHK budget around ₹80L-₹90L. The Peripheral Ring Road (PRR) and airport connectivity seems to be the big selling point there. Builders are pushing this hard. Meri biggest doubt hai ki what's the real timeline for PRR and Metro Phase 3 expansion near that corridor? Is it just marketing hype or will it actually complete on time? Log bolte hain these projects will drive huge appreciation, but not sure if it's worth investing now, ya wait karna chahiye. What are people's experiences with properties near these upcoming infra corridors? Is it too late to get an affordable deal around Nelamangala, ya abhi bhi window hai? Any advice on this?
