Okay I'll say what no one says about Networth Pride 2. Everyone's hyping the low price, but kya builder time pe deliver karega? Builder ka track record kaisa hai? I'm worried about investor-heavy societies turning into ghost towns. Resale value aayegi bhi ya nahi, ya phir phans jayenge? Change my mind.

Exactly! Yahi toh darr hai. Networth Pride 2 ka price point sunke sab excited hain, but builder ka naam pehle bhi suna hai maine, kuch projects delay hue hain. Aur jo aapne ghost town wali baat kahi, woh toh bilkul sach hai. Agar sirf investors ne le liya flats, toh society mein community feel nahi aayegi, aur amenities bhi underutilized rahengi. Noida mein aise kai projects hain jahan log bas rent pe de dete hain ya khali chhod dete hain. Resale mein kaun lega aise flat? Bahut risky lag raha hai yaar.
