Networth Realty hidden costs – watch out for these!

Since selling our big house, I'm looking at smaller flats. Thought Sector 137 was good, near the hospital. Networth Realty seemed okay initially. But the 'PLC' charges! Honestly not sure if it's worth it. Brochure said one thing, sales guy another. Now they're saying it's standard. Extra 3 lakhs for park facing? Seriously? My resale of existing property is already taking a hit. Anyone else faced this with them? What did you do? Is it even legal? Plus, under-construction vs ready-to-move... this whole thing is a headache. Should I just rent instead? Kids have moved out, want something manageable, not this mess. Seems like a trap.
