₹1.8 Cr for my 3BHK in Sector 65, and ab tax saving ka time hai. Just moved in last month. My CA mentioned claiming interest under Section 24 for a self-occupied property beyond the usual limits if construction was delayed. Did anyone else manage this? Ya koi aur hidden tax hacks hain post-possession?

1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 65? Bhai, market toh thoda down lag raha hai. Tax hack se pehle, price check kiya tha kya acche se? Mera CA toh bolta hai ki delayed construction pe extra benefit lena is like finding a needle in a haystack, unless your builder officially declared the delay with RERA.
