Okay, I'll be honest — I'm completely fed up of renting, landlord ne fir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge, looking at New Arohi Apartments in Delhi, price range is ₹2.65 Cr. Everyone glorifies new projects but nobody talks about actual daily livability. Is it genuinely good to live in, ya bas paper pe sahi lagta hai? Woh fancy amenities jo dikhate hain, like swimming pool, gym… are they even usable? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly log hain ya isolated? Disagree? Tell me why.

Bhai, New Arohi? New toh bilkul nahi hai, possession 2004 ka hai! Aap ₹2.65 Cr bol rahe ho, but builder ka official range ₹2.7-3 Cr dikha raha hai. Yeh amenities ka chakkar toh sab projects mein rehta hai, but itne purane project mein maintenance kitna aata hoga? Aur facilities kaam bhi karti hongi kya?
