New Chandigarh — finally got possession of my 3BHK here a couple of months back. Godrej Properties ka project hai, Sector 71 Mohali mein liya tha. Pretty happy with the flat, amenities bhi sahi hain. But now I'm starting to worry about the investment side. Around ₹1.6 Cr laga diye, EMI bhi chal rahi hai. Yaar, mujhe lagta hai kahin market peak toh nahi kar gaya? I'm seeing prices still going up, especially near PR7 Airport Road, but for how long? I'm a first-time buyer, toh thodi tension ho rahi hai. Kitne saal hold karna chahiye for good appreciation? 5 years? 10 years? What do you guys think about appreciation in this area?
