₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in New Chandigarh is a lot, especially when you're buying sight unseen. Everyone glorifies Ambika Florence Park's amenities on paper, but I'm based in Dubai and can't do a site inspection myself. Mera sawaal hai, is the swimming pool actually useable? Gym equipment kab tak chalta hai? Raheja Winterwoods ke promised amenities ka kya haal hai? I hear bank approvals for NRIs are smoother with Raheja, but is that just sales talk? Or are Ambika's projects always stuck in some paperwork loop for overseas buyers? Honestly, I need a property manager later, and if amenities are a sham, rental yield will suffer. Change my mind.

Yaar, 1.5 Cr for New Chandigarh without seeing? Bahut risky hai. Amenities ka toh sab bolte hain, but ground reality alag hoti hai. Mera bhi yahi doubt hai.
