New Chandigarh: Infra development aur daily commute?

New Chandigarh — planning to invest there for my family. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site visits easily. Builders like Omaxe and Godrej have projects there. Kya traffic congestion abhi se issue hai, especially with PR7 Airport Road? Upcoming development ka real impact kya hoga daily commute pe?

Bhai, New Chandigarh ka hype toh bahut hai, no doubt. But budget mein aayega kya? Aur PR7 pe traffic toh abhi se sunte hain ki peak hours mein bohot zyada hota hai. Invest karne se pehle ye sab sochna padega na.

Haan, sahi kaha! PR7 pe to abhi se rush hai. Main pichle hafte gaya tha, Mullanpur tak pahunchne mein hi 40 minute lag gaye. Imagine future mein kya hoga jab population badhegi.

Budget ka toh poora scene hai. Mera friend bata raha tha 6000-7000 per sq ft chal raha hai minimum. Bahut expensive lagta hai.
