New Chandigarh keeps coming up for investment, especially areas near Mullanpur. I'm based in Dubai, so ground checks aren't easy. Looking at Altus Space Builders for a 3BHK, around ₹1.2 Cr. Does price negotiation actually work here? Kitna percent off realistically expect kar sakte hain? Also, hidden charges ka kya scene hai? Possession ke time kuch unexpected costs aate hain kya? Investors, any 'price correction zones' in Chandigarh jahan better value mil sakti hai? Need to maximize my ROI.

Yaar, 1.2 Cr for a 3BHK in New Chandigarh? That sounds quite steep, even for Altus Space. Mullanpur area mein itna upar chala gaya hai kya rate? Dubai se invest karna hai, toh negotiation ka scope kitna hota hai? Builders easily give 5-10% off, ya sirf 1-2% pe hi maante hain?
