New Chandigarh's current resale market feels a bit soft despite the buzz, from my experience. I'm looking at an exit strategy for my investment there. What's the ground reality for liquidity if one needs to sell quickly? Also, safety ka kya scene hai for families, especially in the evenings? PR7 ke baad traffic ka impact kaisa hai? Lagta hai infrastructure development ko prices se catch up karna hai. What does the community think?

Totally relate to this post! I've been trying to offload my 2BHK in Mullanpur Garibdass for months now, and the offers are just pathetic. It's not about making a profit anymore, just recovering my initial capital. Builders ne toh itna hype create kiya tha, but ground reality is totally different. Seems like everyone is holding, nobody is buying actively. Liquidity is a real issue, especially if you're in a hurry. What's going on?
