I agree with the RERA confusion point, it's very concerning. Builder ko transparent hona chahiye. Aur Mohali mein hospitals aur daily needs ki shops ka access bahut important hai. Especially for someone who is 58, easy accessibility to medical facilities is key. Gurugram mein toh har gali mein hospital hai, Mohali ka 3B Corner Hub ke paas kya scene hai? Koi current resident bata sakta hai?
Society ka vibe bahut matter karta hai. Isolated feel toh nahi aayega? Total units 16 hain, toh small community hogi. Kya neighbours friendly hote hain ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Yeh elderly person ke liye bahut important hai.
Maintenance charges ka kya scene hai? 2BHK ke liye kitna expect karna chahiye Mohali mein?
Mohali mein 2BHK ke liye 3000-3500 toh minimum hoga hi. Aur agar amenities zyada hain toh aur upar. Confirm karna padega builder se ki kya kya included hai isme.
Maintenance bahut bada factor hai, budget bigad jaata hai agar hidden costs nikle toh.
