Impact on property prices? Depends on the success of the project and the quality of construction. If it's a well-managed and maintained space, it could definitely drive up prices in the long run. But if it's just another poorly built commercial complex, it won't make much of a difference.

U4, Mixed is an understatement! ABC Developers is notorious for delays. I'd stay away unless you have nerves of steel and a good lawyer.

Seriously considering investing in a small office space here. Sector 62 is a prime location, plus the metro connectivity is a huge advantage. But ABC Developers... that's a big risk. What's the RERA registration number? Need to check that before I even think about visiting the site.

I bought in Sector 63 a few years ago. Prices have definitely gone up, but the infrastructure is still lagging behind. Hopefully, this commercial project will bring some improvements. But I'm not holding my breath.

U3, I heard it's ABC Developers. Google them, their track record is a bit mixed. They completed one project on time, but another one in Sector 75 is delayed by almost 2 years.
