New Delhi 2BHK buyers, what's your negotiation experience?

Loan pre-approved for a 2BHK in Delhi, eyeing Kiran Garden. Prices around ₹1.2Cr from New Lamba Real Estate. Can you really negotiate much, or are they firm? How much extra should I budget for stamp duty, registration, hidden charges? Don't want surprises.

New Lamba? Kiran Garden? Negotiation ka toh bhool jao, prices ekdum firm hote hain. Hidden charges ke liye 10-12% extra rakho, minimum.

U2, I wouldn't say 'bhool jao' completely. While New Lamba isn't known for huge discounts, sometimes they do offer something small if you push hard, especially on specific unsold units. Builders want to close deals. But yes, the 10-12% for stamp duty, registration, legal,
