New Delhi 3BHK buyers, what's your negotiation experience?
Visited a few 3BHK projects in Dwarka last weekend, including one by Hardik Construction. My wife's main priority is a safe neighborhood for the kids and a good school nearby, so we're really focused on that area. They quoted around ₹2.2 Cr for a 3BHK, which feels like a lot, especially with all the talk about rising costs. I'm trying to figure out if there's any real room to negotiate on these prices in New Delhi. Can you actually knock off a decent percentage, or is it mostly fixed? Also, I'm worried about hidden charges. What's the typical all-in cost breakdown beyond the base price? Like, stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking – do builders spring a lot of surprises at possession time? Has anyone faced unexpected charges that really threw off their budget?
