New Delhi — looking to upgrade to a 3BHK for my family. Hardik Luxurious Homes is completed, which feels safer. But The New Priyadarshani Appartment keeps popping up. I'm honestly not sure about its current status or the builder. Under-construction projects like Priyadarshani make me nervous, especially with kids' school admissions. My wife prioritizes a safe area with good schools and hospitals nearby. Hardik seems decent for social infra, but is Priyadarshani even truly underway? How's their builder trust? Has anyone bought in Hardik? What's the total cost of ownership? For Priyadarshani, should I risk an under-construction for a family? Any insights on either project for families would be super helpful.
