Already have a home loan for my 2BHK in Dwarka, but now eyeing a 3BHK in Vasant Kunj or Jor Bagh. My budget is around ₹3-4 Cr. Main question hai, does negotiation really work in New Delhi? Reputed Builder se direct deal karne mein kitna spot discount mil sakta hai? Yaar, secondary market mein deal karna smarter hai for better negotiation, like for an extra 10-15% off? Not sure. Also, any hidden costs that pop up only at possession? Seeking real experiences from fellow investors.

Bhai, congratulations on planning an upgrade! Vasant Kunj and Jor Bagh are solid choices, no doubt. My friend recently bought a 3BHK in Anand Niketan, and he said negotiation was super tough with the builder. They barely moved. I'm also looking for my first home, so this negotiation question is key for me too!

Totally agree! Builders have fixed rates mostly. Spot discount toh sapna hi hai.
