Builder-buyer agreement clauses for New Delhi projects are so frustrating. Green Valley Builders ka agreement dekha, usme possession delay pe unko koi penalty nahi, but buyer ki late payment pe huge charges. Yeh sab projects mein hota hai kya? How do people even sign these? Meri toh khud ki kahani hai Green Valley ke saath. Anand Niketan mein ek project tha unka 3 saal pehle. Possession date 2021 thi, abhi tak mila nahi. BBA mein sab unke favour mein tha. Humne socha kya hi hoga, sign kar diya. Ab har mahine bas construction update ka email aata hai, but kaam zero. Legal advice li toh pata chala ki BBA itna tight hai ki case bhi mushkil hai jeetna. Haan yaar, this is the biggest scam. RERA aaya toh tha buyers ko protect karne, but builders ne loopholes nikaal liye. Kya fayda hua RERA ka agar clauses abhi bhi aise hi hain? Koi batao ki RERA ki website pe Green Valley ka track record kaise check karte hain, aur agar complaint karni ho toh kya process hai?
Sahi baat hai, RERA ne thoda control kiya hai but builders still find ways. Especially the smaller ones. Green Valley ka toh track record bahut poor hai, many complaints are already there on RERA portal for their past projects in Alaknanda area. Dekh ke hi lagta hai RERA bas naam ka hai.
RERA Delhi website pe jaake 'Registered Projects' mein builder name search kar lo. Wahi pe details aur complaints dikh jaati hain. Complaint ka process bhi wahi milega, online form hota hai.
