Yaar, I was just looking at J K Luxury Floor too! Brochures toh sabke bade-bade hote hain, but actual site pe jaake hi pata chalta hai. ₹78 L se ₹7 Cr ki range mein bhi agar cracks mil rahe hain, toh kya hi bolen. Mera toh budget waise hi tight hai, aisi quality dekh ke aur darr lagta hai.
