New Delhi investors, what was your final cost like?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. Just got possession of my 3BHK in Sector 23 Rohini last month, from New Lamba Real Estate. Honestly, the final cost was way more than I calculated initially. I'm trying to figure out if I messed up somewhere. Yaar, negotiation kitna realistically possible hai in Delhi? I tried hard but barely got 2-3% off the quoted price. Was it just me, ya builders bilkul move nahi karte for investors? Also, the 'all-in cost' was a shocker. Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors ka budget alag se tha but phir bhi possession ke time aur charges aa gaye. Matlab, hidden charges ka koi end nahi hai? What was your experience with all these extra costs? Especially those who bought recently in areas like Vasant Kunj or Dwarka. Did you manage to negotiate more, ya yeh sab standard hai? How do you guys manage to reduce these 'surprise' expenses?
