New Delhi mein builder se kitna negotiate kar sakte hain? After finally getting possession of my 3BHK in Dwarka, paid around ₹2.2 Cr. I tried negotiating hard with Suri Buildtech, but it felt like they barely budged, maybe 2-3% max on the base price. Is this normal? Matlab, is it even worth pushing for more? Jab all-in costs dekho toh stamp duty, registration, PLC sab add hoke total price kafi upar chala jaata hai. I went for a construction-linked plan, thinking it's better for cash flow, but now I'm wondering if a bigger upfront down payment would've given me more leverage for a spot discount. What's your experience with builders here? Next time, should I just focus on payment terms instead of base price?

Bhai, your experience is pretty common. Builders in Delhi NCR rarely go beyond 2-3% on the base price unless it's an inventory clearance sale. Especially for a ready possession unit like yours, leverage is even less. Dwarka mein toh demand bhi acchi rehti hai.
