Torn between Garur Golf Island (ongoing) and Anno Tayyab Lane (completed). Garur ka possession kab tak milega, aur OC delays ka kitna risk hai? Anno Tayyab is ready, so that's a plus for quick rental. What's the actual rental potential for both? Plus, total cost of ownership, including sab expenses. Which one feels like a better investment for a 5-year outlook?
