My lease ends in 3 months and I'm finally done with renting. New Delhi mein property dekh raha hoon, especially Nizamuddin East side. Builder se kitna negotiation possible hai, yaar? Silver Oak Development Society jaise projects mein actual mein kitna off milta hai? Aur secondary market mein better deals milti hain kya, as an investor? Want to build equity, not just pay EMI. Kya lagta hai?

Yaar, I'm in the same boat! Renting for so long feels like throwing money away. Nizamuddin East is a great choice, location-wise, but I'm also worried about the budget. Builder se negotiation, especially in premium projects like Silver Oak Development Society, is always a big question mark. Kitna expect kar sakte hain? 5-7% ya usse bhi kam? Aur RERA registration details properly check karna kitna important hai, as a first-time buyer? I just want a place that appreciates, not just a roof over my head.
