₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Dwarka is what I was quoted last week. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Rohini and thinking of upgrading, but this price jump is wild. Already have a home loan, so trying to be smart. Do builders like The Kings Properties really budge on price near Karampura? They seemed pretty firm. What's a realistic discount one can expect on a ₹2 Cr property? Also, beyond stamp duty and registration, what are the *real* all-in costs? Are PLC and floor-rise premiums truly non-negotiable, or can you push back? Worried about hidden charges at possession.
