Even working in real estate, I struggle with New Delhi's hidden charges. For Royal City Developer in Palam, what's the *real* all-in cost at possession? How much negotiation room for a 3BHK around ₹2 Cr?

Totally agree! Builders ka hidden charges are insane. Palam mein Royal City ka toh especially. Mera friend bhi wahi dekh raha tha, usko bhi final cost 20% upar bata diya booking price se.
Booking ke time kuch aur bolte hain, possession pe kuch aur. Mera toh experience Anand Niketan mein ek builder ke saath aisa hi raha. Total lootmaar!
