Is New Delhi ka property market abhi bhi sahi time hai for investment, ya it's peaked? I'm based in Dubai, so site visits mushkil hain. Thinking of investing around ₹2.5Cr, maybe a 2BHK in Vasant Kunj or a 3BHK in Dwarka/Rohini. Not sure which would give better long-term appreciation aur rental yield. Metro Phase IV expansion se kaafi expectations hain, but managing property from abroad, especially legal complexities and finding a reliable property manager, is a big concern. Godrej Properties ya DLF jaise builders ka track record kaisa hai for NRIs? Kya lagta hai, where should I put my money for good ROI and peace of mind?

Bhai, 2.5 Cr toh theek hai, but Vasant Kunj mein 2BHK kaafi tight budget lag raha hai yaar. Main bhi first-time buyer hoon aur Delhi market dekh raha hoon, prices upar hi jaa rahe hain. Dubai se manage karna toh aur tension hogi. Kya lagta hai, is budget mein Vasant Kunj se better option mil sakta hai kya?
