New Delhi properties — I'm currently in a 2BHK in Dwarka, eyeing a 3BHK upgrade. Nagin Lake Apartment aur Chadha Luxurious Home, dono dekhe hain. Nagin Lake ka status abhi null hai, matlab under-construction ka gamble. Chadha Luxurious Home toh completed hai. Already home loan hai, toh total cost of ownership bahut matter karta hai. Is the ready-to-move premium for Chadha worth it for peace of mind, considering builder track record and potential hidden costs? Ya Nagin Lake mein initial investment kam padega but baad mein bahut expenses aayenge? Opinions on which one makes more sense long-term?

Bhai, Nagin Lake ka 'null' status toh red flag hai. Mera ek dost phasa hai ek under-construction project mein Sector 7 Dwarka mein, teen saal se possession nahi mila. Builder bas RERA dates aage badhata rehta hai. Chadha Luxurious Home agar ready-to-move hai toh uska premium peace of mind ke liye worth ho sakta hai, considering the current market volatility. But haan, budget bhi tight hai apna, toh yeh decision lena bahut mushkil hai.
