Looking for a 2BHK, maybe around Whitefield or Sarjapur Road. My budget is around ₹1.2 Cr. I'm seeing so many builder-buyer agreements that look very one-sided. Kya clauses hain jo sirf builder ko favour karte hain? Like, penalty for buyer but nothing for builder delays.
