Tax benefits for home loans are way more complicated than I thought. Just got possession in March for my 3BHK in Sector 150, paid ₹1.8Cr. My CA is telling me about Section 24 and 80C. Honestly, ye sab pehle pata hota toh better hota. Kitna log actually max out these deductions? Am I the only one who didn't fully grasp this before buying?
