New flat owner, rental market ka sach

Possession milne ke 2 mahine baad, I'm trying to rent out my 2BHK in Sector 153. Brokers ₹15,000 se kam pe baat hi nahi kar rahe. Some are even asking for two months' rent as commission! Upar se tenant verification process itna lengthy hai. Police verification ke alawa society ka form, references... Matlab, itna sab normal hai kya? Koi seedha landlord se rent kar sakta hai ya brokers ke bina kaam hi nahi chalta yahan? Kya experience hai aap logo ka?

Bhai, you're not alone! This is the absolute reality of the rental market right now, especially for new properties in Noida. My 3BHK in Alpha I Greater Noida sat vacant for almost 3 months because brokers were quoting peanuts and demanding hefty commissions. It's frustrating AF.

Totally agree. I thought it would be easy to rent out my flat after possession but it's a nightmare. Brokers act like they own the market.
