New flat quality issues are frustratingly common

Just moved into my flat at Sattva Lake Ridge a couple months back, and already seeing some issues. Small cracks are popping up, and a few fittings feel really cheap, like they'll break soon. This is after paying PLC too, feels a bit off. Also, the elevators are constantly slow or one is down for maintenance. Kids' play area looks okay but isn't really used much. Is this normal for new projects in Hyderabad? Or did I just get unlucky? What should I be pushing the builder for now?
