New flat reality check: Things builders won't tell you

Just moved into my Radhey Krishna Apartment flat last month, aur kuch observations hain. Builder ne construction quality ka bohot hype kiya tha, but abhi se small cracks dikh rahe hain walls pe, aur kitchen fittings bhi loose feel ho rahe hain. Matlab, it's barely 2 months, toh aage kya hoga, pata nahi. Maintenance charges bohot high hain, but services kaafi average lag rahi hain. Security guards dikhte hain, but visitor management system thoda weak hai. Also, children's play area kaafi chhota hai, looks like just a tick-box item, kids ke liye utna space nahi hai khelne ka. Is it normal for new constructions in Noida? Yaar, log bolte hain initial issues hote hain, but this early? Any tips on what to do about these finishing issues? Should I escalate directly with the builder or society management? Hope this helps someone check these things before possession.
