New flat snags: What to expect after moving in

Got possession of my flat in Sobha Crescent last month and honestly, the finishings are a bit disappointing. Builder ne jo promise kiya tha, aur jo actual mein mila, difference hai. Kitchen mein sink fitting loose hai, aur bathroom tiles mein thoda unevenness. Chhote-mote cracks bhi dikh rahe hain already. Society ka maintenance team ko call kiya tha elevator issue ke liye bhi, response time slow hai yaar. Is it normal for new projects to have so many snags right after possession? Kya yeh future mein aur badhega? Has anyone else faced this with new projects in Gurgaon?
